DMV Dealer License Electronic Account Management

The California Dealer License Account Management Database has been created.

Beginning in January 2023 the DMV requires ALL licensed dealers to create & register an electronic management account.

All required documents must be scanned and uploaded.

All originals must be available in your dealership office.

DMV will no longer be sending invoices for dealer renewal.

DMV Continuing Education requirements 

remain the same with our dealer class required 

to be completed every two years.

We are the only provider with same day digital delivery 

direct to Occupational Licensing of your 

DMV Dealer License Certificate OL 256.
